Delivery Process

• Our delivery process is simple and can be sumarised as follows
  • Order is submitted online and payment is taken for month 1
  • We are notified of your order and schedule the setup of your account
  • We setup your account and notify you of the login details etc
  • If all goes well you are up and running, we help out in case of any minor technical issues at your end (e.g. outlook setup)
  • Monthly billing occurs until such time that you cancel your subscription

General Delivery Information

• All of our online services can be subscribed for online on a monthly basis.
• We do not ask for long term contracts and do everything we can to assist you in migrating to and from our services.
• We accept orders 24/7 but do not operate our service fulfillment at weekends or outside of UK business hours of 09:00 GMT to 17:00 GMT. e.g. If you order on a Friday, expect a fulfillment on a Monday or Tuesday.
• If you subscribe for domain or email hosting please note it may take up to 48hrs for the account to be setup and working correctly.
• New domains require dns entries to propagate throughout the internet so may take an additional 48hrs to be resolved from the time at which the domain is registered.
